Chrystalis Academy to recieve funding from the DTI

The Minister of Trade and Industry Rob Davis will today be interacting with students and management from the Chrystalis Academy. 

The academy provides both social and technical skills to the youth aged between 17 and 25 who are unemployed and were unable to complete their schooling.

Ministerial Spokesperson Sidwell Medupe added that the Chrystalis Academy will receive funding from the Department of Trade and Industry to the value of -+R5 0000, to assist with skills development and empowerment of the youth.

Medupe added that Minister Davis said that the department is pleased to be able to be able to contribute to the development of the youth in this academy, as part of its institutive to contribute to youth economic empowerment.
