Drug dealer arrested at Hillcrest

A 17-year-old boy was arrested by Kwa-Zulu Natal Police after he was caught in possession of dagga in Hillcrest CBD.

Police discovered 17 dagga plants at a house in Jan Smuts. 

Provincial Police Spokesperson Jay Naicker said Police also seized other exhibits such as drug paraphernalia that will be sent for forensic testing.

Naicker added that he was detained at the Hillcrest Police station and will be appearing in court soon.
