MEC Botha congralutes Minister Motsoaledi on budget speech

Western Cape MEC of Health Theuns Botha said while he appreciates the emphasis on HIV and Aids and TB as the largest drivers of morbidity and mortality in South Africa, the efficient implementation of plans remains the challenge. 

This follows the National Health Minister Aaron Motsoaledi’s budget vote in Parliament today. 

Spokesperson for MEC Theuns Botha, Helene Rossouw said the MEC congratulated Minister Motsoaledi on his budget fot the national department.

“He also said that some of the initiatives were not in place yet although they were in the budget speech” Rossouw added.
