Pedistrian seriously injured in accident in Parow

This morning paramedics rushed to an accident whereby a pedestrian was knocked by a vehicle in Parow. 

ER24 Spokesperson Vanessa Jackson said upon their arrival the man was lying on the road and had suffered extensive injuries and he was treated on scene.

“He was then transport to Tygerberg hospital for further treatment,” said Jackson.

Jackson added that the exact details of the cause of the accident are not known at this stage but police are investigating.
