Economic recession discussed at the Minister’s meeting in Finland

The Minister of International Relations and Cooperation Maite Nkoana Mashabane today remarked on the Nordic- African Foreign Ministers meeting in Hameenlinna, Finland. 

Nkoana Mashabane thanked the Minister of Finland and Nordic countries for hosting the Minister’s meeting and the meeting last year was held in Benin.

The annual meeting is aimed at looking at common challenges of global economic recession and how to use the Nordic Countries to fast track the African value addition.

She further said the meeting will look at how the Nordic countries have helped African countries, in peacemaking and peace building.
