Equal Education wants apology from Minister Motshekga

Non-Governmental Organisation Equal Education wants an apology from Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga, for a statement the Minister made about the organization.

This comes after EE met with the leadership of the Ministry in Johannesburg on Sunday.

EE said that the Minister refused to refer to the statement released during the week t the meeting.

EE’s Kate Wilkinson said Minister Motshekga suggested that the NGO and the Department meet at on a separate occasion to discuss the matter.

“We will be writing to the Minister to set up this meeting” Wilkinson added.
