Grassy Park police arrested 10 suspects for possession of stolen property

 Grassy Park police were executing a search warrant in a house in which suspected stolen goods and drugs were found.

Six suspects were also found smoking dagga.

Police Spokesperson Captain FC van Wyk said police found shoes, clothes, stationery and so much more. 

Van Wyk said the clothes still had tags from well known clothing shops. 

Captain Van Wyk added that the estimated value of the confiscated items is more than R300 000.

Police arrested six male suspects who are aged between 23 and 30 years of age and four female suspects aged between 23 and 63 years of age and we are investigating cases of illegal possession of suspected stolen property and the possession of dagga,” added Van wyk.

He said that they will appear in court once they have been charged and investigation continues.
