Today nurses under the Democratic
Nursing Organisation of South Africa and doctors from the South African Medical
Association will be voicing their concerns regarding conditions they work
under.
It will also be the launch of the Positive Practice Environment campaign.
Denosa’s Provincial Secretary in the
Western Cape Bongani Lose said the campaign is aimed at improving general
public health care in the province.
Lose added that they will be looking at issues starting from safety of nurses to creating better working conditions for nurses and doctors in all the hospitals.
