A man shot dead in Bonteheuwel over the weekend

Police Spokesperson Tembinkosi Kinana said when police arrived on the scene they found a victim lying on the ground, the victim sustained opened wounds to his chest.

SAPS members attended to complaints of a shooting in Bonteheuwel.
Police Spokesperson Tembinkosi Kinana said when police arrived on the scene they found a victim lying on the ground, the victim sustained opened wounds to his chest.
Kinana added
according to the information three unknown males were walking down the road
when the victim came out of the house. They started firing shots towards the
victim and ran away afterwards.
Police are
investigating a murder case and no arrests have been made at this stage. The
motive for the shooting is not known at this stage.
