An accident claimed the lives of seven people

Netcare 911 paramedics and other services responded to a tragic accident scene on the N12 north passed Warrenton in the early hours of this morning. 

It is believed that a delivery vehicle collided with a minibus leaving seven people dead. 

Netcare 911 Spokesperson Santi Steinmann said when paramedics arrived they found that both vehicles had burst into flames and tragically seven people lost their lives in the accident. 

Exact details to the cause of the accident are unknown and will remain the subject of a police investigation.
