The Democratic Alliance in Gauteng says
they will continue to oppose the e-tolling.
The hearing of the Opposition to Urban Tolling Alliance interdict was
today at the Supreme Court of Appeal.
The DA`s Mmuisi Maimane said the party will support outa in its case
against the E-tolls.
Maimane said E-tolling is deeply unpopular with the people of Gauteng for
good reason. It will take money out of people’s pockets and cost jobs.
He added that the DA is helping to fund this court case because we are
against the imposition of E-tolls on the people of Gauteng . Outa
estimates that it still needs just over R1.3 million to pay for its legal
costs.
