Fifteen people injured in an accident in Vereeniging

Netcare 911 paramedics attended to motor vehicle accident in Vereeniging today were by fifteen people were left injured.

Netcare 911 Spokesperson Santi Steinmann said upon their arrival on scene they found that a minibus had rear-ended another motor vehicle resulting in fifteen people sustaining injuries ranging from moderate to serious.

“All the injured people were treated on scene before they were transported to nearby hospitals for further medical care,” Steinmann added.

The exact details of the cause of the accident will remain the subject of a police investigation.
