Seven people arrested for stoning three men to death

Western Cape police have confirmed that seven people have been arrested for sting to death three people in Khayelitsha. 

The arrested men are between the ages of 18 and 22-years-old.  It is believed that the men were in a tavern when an altercation occurred and resulted in the attack. 

The seven men are expected to appear in the Khayelitsha Magistrate Court on Tuesday.  

Police Spokesperson Andre Traut said the three people were stoned death in Bila Street, Harare last night. And two more people were seriously injured and the motive for the attack is yet to be established.
