Western Cape MEC of Social Development Albert Fritz on Tuesday launched the Child Safety Campaign.

This follows the scourge of children going missing in Cape Town.

MEC Fritz said this scourge needs to come to an end because it is unacceptable and child protection begins at home.

Fritz said the purpose of this campaign is to put a stop to the child abuse in this country. And also ensure parents take responsibility for their children.
