Ruyterwacht Community Day Centre to be opened today

Western Cape MEC of Health Theun Botha is today expected to officially open the newly built Ruyterwacht Community Day Centre at its new premises. 

Departmental Spokesperson Sithembiso Magubane said the centre will help the small knit community which is struggling with proper healthcare.

“Ruyterwacht serves a population of approximately 7000 people, which is largely aged.

The services that are provided at this facility is the adult curative services, chronic deceases management wound care women’s health. Medical male circumcision, Health promotions amongst others,” Magubane added.
