The Western Cape Department of
Health Emergency Medical Services is still searching for a man who went missing
on Wednesday.
The man who is 80-years-old is
believed to have gone missing in the Drakenstein Mountains
The search and rescue teams have
searched for the past two days with no success.
Provincial EMS
Spokesperson Robert Daniels said the elderly man has two dogs with him and he
suffers from Alzheimers.
He added that the search was called off last night and resumed again this morning and the public is urged to assist with the search.
