22 people drown in Limpopo

The Limpopo government reported 22 drowning incidents since the start of the festive season.

Twelve of the incidents involved children, added Limpopo officials.
 
The provincial government says they have allocated lifesavers at all swimming spots in the region.
 
Meanwhile in Cape Town a 30-year-old man from Plumstead has reportedly disappeared underwater.
