Netcare 911 paramedics responded to a
head-on collision accident on the R61 near Margate
Netcare 911 Spokesperson Chris Botha said when paramedics arrived on the scene they found that tragically three people had died due to the very severe injuries that they sustained.
Botha said one person sustained very
severe injuries and was transported to a local hospital for further treatment,
The exact details of the cause of the accident and preceding events will be the subject of a police investigation.
