WLC welcomes judgment on Post Office Act

Attorney Hoodah Abraham said Mrs Ngewu would now be able to access her pension fund which she was entitled to in 2007 but because the
clean break principle did not apply it meant that she could not access it, she
had to wait until her ex-husband to exited the fund.
The Women’s Legal Centre has
welcomed the judgment handed down on Thursday regarding Minister of
Communications appeal for the extension application to remedy post office
act.
