An accident leaves a man dead and his wife in a critical condition

Netcare 911 Spokesperson Chris Botha said when they arrived on the scene they found the man was still trapped in the vehicle. The rescue officials had to use the jaws of life to extricate them.
“Tragically one of the occupants died on scene due to the severe injuries he sustained. His wife was in a serious condition and she was stabilised one scene and transported to a local hospital,” Botha added.

died today and his wife was left seriously injured in an accident on the M19 in
Durban
It is believed that
the car they were travelling in veered off the road and overturned coming to a
rest in the fast West bound lane.
