Three suspects aged between 26 and
34-years-old were arrested by Mahlabathini police for murder and being in
possession of unlicensed firearms.
Police Spokesperson Captain Thulani Zwane said the suspects shot a 71-year-old woman and the motive for the killing is still unknown.
Zwane said it is alleged that the woman was
at her house when the suspects arrived and shot her dead.
Zwane added that the suspects were arrested
and a firearm was recovered and its going for testing while the suspects will
appear in court soon.
