Two people seriously injured in an accident involving a truck

ER24 paramedics responded to an accident on
the N3 southbound in Gauteng
ER24 Spokesperson Luyanda Majija said the
accident occurred when a light motor vehicle collided with a stationery truck
which was assisting with the recovery of bricks that had fallen off an
18-wheeler truck.
Majija said a 40-year-old man and a
55-year-old woman sustained various injuries including fractures and
lacerations.
The exact details of the cause of the
accident will remain the subject of a police investigation.
