The African National Congress in the Western Cape on Monday launched the
Education Crisis Hotline.
ANC's Cobus Grobler said this hotline has become necessary due to the
failure of the provincial government in providing access to quality and safe
education to the children of the province.
Grobler said the ANC has opened a special telephone hotline to our call
centre which parents can use to tell us when there are problems with children.
“Parents need to tell us whether their children have not been placed in a
school or whether there are no teachers or learner transport that came up or
due to violence or other problems children are not in school” Grobler added.
