Netcare 911 Spokesperson Santi Steinmann said
upon arrival on scene they found that a light delivery vehicle and heavy goods
vehicle had collided head on resulting in three people tragically losing their
lives.
Steinmann said a 10 year old child sustained
critical injuries and another man sustained serious injuries. The two patients
were treated on scene before they were rushed to hospital for further medical
care.
Meanwhile in another accident one
person died and two others were injured in a vehicle collision on the N4
between Brits and Mooi Nooi this morning.

Steinmann said two vehicles had collided head on resulting in one person losing
their life and two people sustaining injuries. The injured people were treated
on before they were transported to hospital for further medical care.
