ACDP concerned about violence in the Cape Flats

The African Christian Democratic Party in the Western Cape has welcomed the increased police presence in the Cape Flats. 

 

Violence has flared up in Vrygrond, Steenberg and Seawinds which has resulted in nine people being killed last week. 

 

ACDP Provincial Leader Ferlon Christians said they are also concerned about teaching time that has been affected due to the taxi violence. 

 

Christians said the party is very concerned with the violence and that affects eductaors and learners. Special measures need to be put in place soon.
