Three suspects arrested for house robbery in Pinetown

Three suspects in their twenties were arrested in Pinetown after they were involved in a house robbery. 

The suspects broke into a flat in Park Lane, Pinetown and assaulted a person. 

Captain Thulani Zwane said the suspects have been charged for house robbery and assault. 

Zwane said it is alleged that a twenty four year old man was in his flat and one of the places in Pinetown when he was attacked by three suspects.

Zwane said they then managed to escape and when he was away the suspects took his laptop as well as his cell phone before they fled the scene. Members of the community who saw the suspects fleeing the scene called the police.

“On arrival the community members gave a description of the suspects, the police traced them as they were arrested. All three suspects are to appear in the Pinetown Magistrates Court soon Zwane added.
