Drug bust at Bellville train station

The City of Cape Town
Mayoral Committee Member for Safety
and Security JP Smith said during a search operation by these two units they
confiscated several dozen packets of tik and other drugs found in potato
bags.
Smith said a lot of commuters are
using those facilities and that is why the City has been trying to improve
security.
He added that one man was arrested
after he was found operating from a food outlet and selling drugs on the side.
