An accident leaves twenty-five people injured

Two minibuses and SUV collided into each other and left twenty-five people injured in Pretoria this morning.

It is alleged that the minibus rear-ended the minibus which then rear-ended the other minibus.

ER24 Spokesperson Santi Steinmann said when paramedics arrived on the scene they treated the twenty-five patients with injuries ranging from minor to serious.

Steinmann said the patients were transported to hospital for further medical care.

The exact details to the cause of the accident will remain the subject of a police investigation.
