Two people injured in Krugersdorp

Netcare 911 paramedics responded to an accident scene late last after a vehicle veered off the roadway and collided with a tree along Eland street in Rand en Dal Krugersdorp leaving two people injured.

Netcare 911 Spokesperson said when they arrived on the scene there were two people, a man and a woman that had sustained serious injuries. The man was in a critical condition.

He added that paramedics treated them on scene and the male patient was placed on a ventilator. They were both immobilized on trauma boards and transported through to a nearby hospital for further medical care

Exact details to the cause of the accident will remain the subject of a police investigation.
