Sea Rescue services still on the look-out for 2 missing forsherman

The National Sea Rescue Institute diving unit are currently continuing a search for two Lamberts Bay fishermen.

They went missing after the fishing boat they were in was caught by dense fog and resulted in the fishing boat capsizing.

The two fishermen are feared to have drowned.

NSRI Spokesperson Craig Lambinon says they were with two other man, the NSRI has found the boat yesterday morning at about 10:30am and the 2 survivors reported that upon their sleep at some time, when they woke they realised their 2 colleagues have gone missing.

Despite the extensive search, there was no sign of the two fisherman of being found and the diving unit is continuing with the search, Lambinon added.
