5 people have been injured after a utility vehicle
overturned on Zambesi Drive in Cullinan.
Netcare 911 spokesperson Santi Steinmann said
Netcare 911 paramedics and other services arrived at the scene and found that
the utility vehicle left the roadway, overturned and came to a standstill on
its wheels in the field area next to the roadway.
Steinmann said, upon assessment of the occupants,
paramedics found that 2 women and 3 men sustained serious injuries during the
rollover accident.
”All 5 patients were treated at the scene and
transported to hospital for further medical care”
The exact details surrounding the cause of the
rollover accident are preceding events are still unknown and will remain the
subject of a police investigation.
