Bus accident left one dead and 14 injured in Johannesburg

An accident between a Putco bus and a taxi left one person dead and 14 injured in Johannesburg last night.

It is believed that the two vehicles collided into each other.

ER24 Spokesperson Pieter Rossouw said two people sustained critical injuries one of these patients were airlifted to hospital for further treatment.

ER24 transported at least 6 to hospital including Flora Clinic and Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital for further treatment.

The exact details of the cause of the accident will remain the subject of a police investigation.
