The South African Jewish Board of Deputies has laid criminal charge against the former Wits SRC President Mcebo Dlamini.

It is alleged that during an interview Dlamini accused the Jewish community of being devils.

SA Jewish Board of Deputies Spokesperson Jeff Katz said we are grateful to live in the Constitutional democracy where such conduct is deemed a criminal offence.

Katz added that SA Jewish Board of Deputies will be utilising the institution including the criminal courts in South Africa to stick corrective order.
