The Federation of Unions of South Africa said the OECD Reforms are necessary in this country.

The 2015 OECD Economic Survey of the country has shown insufficient employment growth particularly for young workers.

Fedusa’s Dennis George said one of the first issues that was released, was the issue that the supply of the electricity is very important and that the social partners should work together to ensure that electricity is delivered to household and businesses because the interruption of electricity has a serious negative impact on our country.

George added that the OECD have also started to address the issue about the poor labour relations.
