Accident on R73, leaves two injured and one dead

An accident this morning left one person dead and two people injured after two vehicles collided with each other along the R73 near Bronville.

 Netcare911 Spokesperson Chris Botha said Netcare 911 paramedics arrived at the scene and found the roadway littered with accident debris and the twisted frames of the vehicles.

After assessing the injured, it was found that a man had tragically died due to the extensive injuries he sustained, one person was in a critical condition while another sustained serious injuries.

Botha said, “After paramedics stabilised the injured at the scene they transported them to various hospitals for the care that they required”


Exact details to the cause of the accident will remain the subject of a police investigation added Botha
