14 injured in a collision this morning

At least 14 people were injured in a collision on Spine Road in Westville, KwaZulu Natal this morning.

ER24 spokesperson Pieter Rossouw says ER24 paramedics responded to the scene and found that the vehicle and injured people were from a local gospel band, The Zulu Messengers.

Rossouw says fortunately all the injuries that were sustained were minor and no serious injuries were recorded.

ER24 paramedics treated and transported a total of eleven patients to King Edward Hospital for further assessment.

The cause of the accident remains unknown, however local authorities were on scene for further investigation.
