Three dead, one critically injured in Montrose accident

An accident this morning left three people
dead, while another sustained critical injuries in a collision along the N3 at
Montrose.
It is believed three trucks collided on the
N3 leaving the highway totally obstructed.
“Well this morning just after 4 o clock,
the paramedics raced out to the N3 at Montrose where two motor vehicles had
collided. When we arrived there, we found that some of the people were still
trapped in the wreckage.” Netcare 911 spokesperson Chris Botha said.
“Tragically three of them had died due to
the very severe injuries they had sustained. One man was in a critical
condition. He was treated on scene and later transported to hospital,” Botha
added.
Exact details to the cause will remain the
investigation of the police.
