Three
men were killed when the driver lost control of the truck they were travelling
in.
The
vehicle crashed into the basement parking of a multi-story building in Sea
Point late yesterday afternoon.
“The
three man were killed on impact. Medical Service called in the services of a
structural engineer for attempting to remove the bodies from the wreckage
fearing structural damage to the building and injury to emergency personnel.
All three bodies were eventually taken to Salt River
mortuary.” Emergency Medical and Forensic Pathology Services Principal
Communications Officer Robert Daniels said.
