The African National Congress is today at the Western Cape High Court in relation to the ANC Caucus decision to take the Democratic Alliance Leadership in the City of Cape Town over its City Logo.

The ANC says, the DA did not follow proper procedures required by law.

“The key issues that we are here to contest is one, the issue when you are about to make something as crucial as changing the image of the City, it is important that the City must be consulted widely.”

“It is important that the City must participate in that programme.” ANC Founding Member Yonela Diko said.
