Police are investigating the
cause of a devastating shack fire in Khayelitsha.
Around 60 people were
displaced after the fire broke out in the informal settlement over the weekend.
Fifteen homes were burnt to
the ground in the blaze, City Fire Services Theo Lynne “added that no lives were lost and seven shacks were destroyed
and no injuries were reported during the fire”
