Thirteen people were
injured and one killed in taxi rollover in Madadeni section 3, KwaZulu Natal.
Shortly before after 07:30 pm
paramedics arrived on the scene where they found the taxi and its passengers
lying across a small road, paramedics found thirteen people with various
injuries.
It is believed that
majority of them were flung out of the taxi as it overturned.
ER24 Spokesperson
Werner Vermaak added that “A man
sustained fatal injuries and was declared dead on the scene and all of the
patients were transported to Madadeni Provincial Hospital.”
The exact cause of this
incident is not yet known, local authorities attended the incident.
