Cosatu says focusing on one ‘lunatic racist ’is missing the bigger picture

Cosatu declared that the untransformed South
African economy is swamp that feeds and allows people, such as DA member and
Estate Agency Penny Sparrow, to publicly make racist comments
Cosatu’s Sizwe Pamla said……”Although we feel that South Africans are justified for being angry
with what Ms Sparrow wrote, we think that by focusing all their energy and
anger on her, they are missing a bigger point”
“The point is that racism exists
and it continues to happen everyday. Our position as the Federation is that, we
need not just take a position to say we oppose it. He concluded by saying…” we
need to put measures in place to fight racism and make sure all racists pay the
price for their bigotry and prejudice.
