National Prosecuting Authority said…“Democratic Alliance parliamentarian Glynnis Breytenbach faces up to 25 year in jail for deleting data from her work laptop.

Glyniss Breytenbach has never denied that she deleted data from her NPA laptop four years ago.

Breytenbach said…“I deleted private files, my private information, my private account, photos of my dogs and my horses.”

But the NPA said that’s irrelevant to it’s decision to criminally prosecute Breytenbach and that the chargers are very serious.”
