Jomo Cosmos added more sadness to struggling defending PSL champions Kaizer Chiefs after a late goal by Mxolisi Macuphu at FNB Stadium last night.

Macaphu’s strike in the 85th minute handed Jomo Cosmos a much needed win, leaving them safe from relegation zone and now in 14th place with 20 points.

Chiefs’ goal drought continued as they suffered their fourth consecutive defeat.
The loss leaves them in fourth place on the table with 39 points.

As for under pressure coach Steve Komphela, things seem to have gone from bad to worse.
