A memorial service will be
held today to honour the ten ANC volunteers killed in a bus accident last
Sunday.
The five men and five women
died when their bus overturned near Winburg, in the Free State.
They were travelling back to
Katlehong, east of Johannesburg, after attending the ANC’s election manifesto
launch in Port Elizabeth.
They will be buried on
Saturday and Sunday during services in Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal.
Police have confirmed that the
bus drivers may be charged with culpable homicide
