The four SABC journalists who were fired will most likely know if an interdict to set aside their dismissals was successful by the end of today.
According to trade union Solidarity Judge Rob Le Grange is expected to give his judgment on the dismissal of Foeta Krige, Suna Venter, Krivani Pillay and Jacques Steenkamp.
According to Solidarity Chief Executive Dirk Hermann, the trade union is sure that they had managed to convince the court that the dismissal of the four was unlawful and in breach of legislation.
After judgment is given Solidarity will brief the media with a full explanation of the ruling.

The four journalists were charged with contravening their employment contracts after they spoke up on internal editorial policies at the state broadcaster.
