Strong possibility of snowfall: WC

The South African Weather Service has warned Western Cape residents to brace themselves for a cold front that’s expected to hit the province later today.

Strong winds, heavy rains and possible flooding is on the cards, especially for the Cape Metropole and Overberg areas.

There is also the strong possibility of snowfall in some of the mountainous regions in the province like the Swart-berg and Oute-niqua mountain range.
