Lawyers representing the widower of a woman whose body was found at Spier hotel in Stellenbosch say the family is seeking privacy.
Last week, police opened a murder docket to investigate Susan Rohde’s death last month.
The decision followed a post-mortem after it was initially believed she had committed suicide in a hotel bathroom.
Daniel Witz, the legal representative of Jason Rohde, says the grieving widower and his three daughters are seeking privacy.
Witz has confirmed reports that Rohde was found hanging behind a door with a cord of a hair straightener around her neck.
