Police have arrested five armed suspects in connection with a failed
robbery at a Claremont shopping mall.
It is believed, security caught one of the suspects on the scene while
the others were arrested yesterday
They were found with a VW Polo vehicle that was traced to a murder
incident in Strandfontein, where a man was shot and killed when his vehicle was
robbed last week as well as an illegal firearm.
The men are expected to appear in court this week once they have been
charged.
