Fire and Rescue Service's Theo Layne
says A baby has died in a fire in Kraaifontein and that firefighters were called out to an informal
settlement in the Bloekombos area at around 10pm last night.
He says the infant
suffered fatal burns also that the age of the child is not yet known, he adds
another adult also suffered burns that is believed to be the child’s mother.
The cause of the fire is unknown at
this stage.
